Matthew Williams currently serves as a downstream scientist in the Science & Innovation department at Biovac,
where he is directly involved with the preparation and purification of target APIs. Matthew also assists AVMI in an administrative support role. His core interest lies in the development and distribution of robust and affordable vaccines to combat highly infectious diseases. In addition to this Matthew is particularly interested in the relationship between healthcare and education NGOs and how this can be better utilised to aid communities afflicted by disease and poverty.
